M-Contract was appointed to develop, detail, and deliver bespoke kitchen and bedroom elements to The King’s Tower apartments, a picturesque waterside location in Chelsea, London.
The King’s Tower offers clients artisan-style living in a hugely sought-after space in the city. Kitchen details include quartz kitchen worktops, Miele appliances, fully bespoke 5-piece lacquered doors with custom beading and brass hardware. The kitchens also feature a unique UV-bonded glass shelving unit.
Clients also benefited from built-in wardrobes designed and installed by M-Contract that feature lacquered doors with fluted glass inserts.
M-Contract worked strategically with St. George, part of the Berkeley group, throughout the project to ensure clients could benefit from extensive colour customisation options at their time of purchase. Thanks to a carefully managed installation and delivery process, St. George was able to create a personalised process for its clients.
